We implemented a fully automated warranty extension process that contacts clients exactly when they need it – right before their current coverage expires. By using pre-filled data and a seamless authentication flow, we turned a complex purchase into a simple one-minute task for the customer. The result was higher conversion rates and zero administrative headaches. We also applied this data-driven mindset to the Smart Driver app, using gamification to keep users engaged and safe.
